Our village is anchored by five major temples, each a landmark of devotion exceeding five centuries in age:
- Sri Kothandaramar Temple: Revered as Sankadam Pokkum (The Remover of Sorrows)
- Virudhachaleswarar Temple: Dedicated to Arulmigu Vriddambika Samedha Vriddachaleswarar (also known as Periyanayagi Samedha Pazhamalai Nadar).

- Sri Kamakshi Amman Temple: Located on the serene northern bank of the Amaravathi.
